The Crucible is an important part of my artistic process; so I’m thrilled to be offering a joint Artist’s Talk there with a sculptor who has truly inspired me in recent years, Alexis Pavlantos. We’ll each present our work and discuss the basic fascinations that have lead us to sculpture. Though our work is very different on the surface, we found while preparing for this event that our work comes from similar places internally. There will be time for Q&A afterwards.
