In this 3 day intensive workshop, I will set up unique 3-dimensional drapery models, each student will choose a particular composition and create a full size clay model from the original. Lectures and demos will focus on recognizing and describing compositional elements, form qualities of particular materials, “anatomy” of folds, and editing the level of detail to include. Students will work in oil based clay.
